Stars in YSL – just love them – the outfits :)

Hello again,

After watching so many fashion shows from Paris Fashion Week for Spring 2009 I started watching who was dressed in what at what show. I saw that a lot of NOW stars were dressed in YSL. You can check them here:

Naomi Campbell in YSL from head to toe: celebrity favorite YSL Trib Two Platform Pumps, with a grey YSL Fall 2008 skirt suit, with a black belt.

Emma Watson was a very sweet surprise at this Fashion Week, dressed up very elegant at the YSL show she was dressed all in YSL:

She wore a snake embroidered YSL tee, with black YSL tapered pants, YSL Fall 2008 platform sandals and she carried a silver metallic YSL tote.

And of course Dita Von Teese with the gorgeous YSL pumps:

Girls seem to love YSL. I, for sure, am one of them :)

Fashion week PARIS -Spring 2009- Chanel

Have you seen the latest Fashion Week from Paris, capital of fashion, next to Milan of course as I have been there and quite enjoyed it, could it have been otherwise?

The Chanel outfits are spectacular, but then again I have always been a sucker for Chanel and some other brands I will make official in this post :)

The classic bouclé jackets were presented, as always, but they also came in cropped versions of pale pink, and a black and white graphic:

Also there were presented shift dresses, tunic dresses, mini sweater dresses,oh my GOD so stylish separates, latex pants, latex swimming costumes, and many more.

A very interesting trend was launched , a feature that kept reappearing on the pieces: jeweled brooches, which had chains that were pinned to the hip. Isn’t this simply AMAZING?

Evening gowns were full skirted, some with ruffles and frills, and others were made of sheer and chiffon fabrics.

Karl Lagerfeld produced the most amazing collection.Simply amazing!!!!!! Be back for more.

I have found this great article on Marie Claire UK about Dita Von Teese. I have always liked Rita and the way she dresses. I became aware of her back when she was with Marilyn Manson, and they really seemed an out of the ordinary couple. But then they split up and NOW Rita is a debutant in the lingerie world, by creating her new Wonderbra line. Enjoy watching:

Gold Chained Givenchy Fall 2008 Black Dress

WOW! Amazing! I really love Madonna and her music. And even if it seems that I am taking sides , don’t you think that Madonna Looks absolutely FANTASTIC in this picture? She cannot even be compared with Jennifer Lopez or Natalia Vodianova, or do you think she can?

Day 2.

Hello and good morning fashion eaters at breakfast, ;)

How are you this morning? I can see that baby project- I mean this personal blog is getting a shape, is growing :) , which makes me very happy.

So, even if winter is coming- and oh my GOD the new clothes I have to buy for the new season, well I already started but it’s better not to be made too public :)

And speaking of new trends, I absolutely adore this purple dress form Dorothy Perkins – an A-list figure hugging purple dress as it is described on the site :)

I think we should wear a lot of colors, especially that the cold season is here, at least in my country. I always find it easier to dress after the mood of the sun: if outside is sunny and bright so are my clothes, but if outside is cloudy I cannot get outside black and dark blue :) . Still this fall I quite enjoy the GRAY color. As gray IS the new black, I feel quite well when wearing it. Anyway, I also consider that from time to time in cold seasons to give a chance to brighter colors.

Lets’ take as a starting point the IT clothes of the moment:

-the satin top- a killer piece that instantly peps-up a pair of great jeans – speaking of which this is another story

- the military blazer – it’s the business – wear at an interview or when you want to look professional :)
