Anna Paquin attended the premiere of True Blood‘s fifth season in Hollywood wearing a look from Rachel Comey‘s Spring 2012 collection. The black dress featured a sheer, polka-dot pattern with geometric panels sewn on the front. She added a pair of black peep-toe heels by Casadei and carried a Christian Louboutin clutch.
