Do you like Leighton Meester’s dress from the opening party for the new venue Klutch Classy. The Gossip Girl actress wore a Christopher Kane dress with Yves Saint Laurent platforms.
Like it or not?
Next week we will have Season 2 finale. And I can wait to see it. I sure hope that Chuck and Blair will finally get back together on screen at least

I also loved, loved, loved Blair’s dress at the prom

It’s time for another top. This time, however, it is about best dressed in 2008. Who do you think managed to be BEST dressed?
While other actresses may have balked at this Givenchy giant ruffle gown, Natalie Portman embraced the statement style for an appearance at Cannes in May.

Thandie Newton is a fashion chameleon, who never shies away from a fashion risk.

In an outfit that would have made Carrie proud, Sarah Jessica Parker flew the flag for British fashion, wearing a pistachio green Alexander McQueen prom dress and a Philip Treacy hat. The vertiginous green headpiece featured butterflies, a green rose and what appeared to be an acorn cup.

Gwyneth Paltrow showed off her most daring look, a miniscule lace dress, at the Iron Man London premiere, paired with her favourite accessory, a pair of vertiginous heels.

Oozing class in a divine Valentino Couture gown with dramatic pleated back detail, oversized corsage and floating train, the stunning Ukrainian actress Olga Kurylenko more than proved her Bond girl credentials.

The corsage-embellished style was stunning, but it was the oh-so-chic up-do that made me love Keira Knightley’s outfit.

Gossip Girl’s very own Blair Waldorf , Leighton Meester scores as many fashion hits off screen as she does on. Like her alter-ago, she clearly has a penchant for designer labels, making her a regular on the New York front rows and influencing a host of outfit choices. One of our favorites is this lovely lemon yellow Giambattista Valli frock, worn to a network party in August.

Jessica Alba mastered maternity style, and made hers one of the best dressed of the year, covering it in a flowing Marchesa gown and Cartier diamonds for the 2008 Oscars.

Heidi Klum’s best look of the year – the girl can do no wrong! Always flawless, she pulled out all the stops for February’s Oscars, with a silk taffeta, floor-length couture gown by John Galliano and Stuart Weitzman shoes. Simply amazing!

Charlize Theron has worn this dramatic Dior dress, which she playfully teamed with leopard print peep-toes for the Paris premiere of Hancock in June.

So who did you admire most?
The clothes from the show are as much a character as the Upper East Siders themselves.
School uniforms can be such a drag- but if you add a belted camel coat, a stylish butterscotch purse and metallic gold gloves you will love wearing an uniform.
Managing to go glam while still looking her age, Serena shines in her sequined, knotted champagne ball gown. The simple ponytail and minimal accessories make her our favorite society style queen.
Nate Archibald’s clothes might cost more than your car, but it’s all in the way he wears them. Loosened tie, shirt a bit untucked… hot
Blair has a world of coveted fashions at her fingertips
Chuck Bass lures Serena’s little brother Eric into his tangled web of trenches, nubuck day shoes and that ever-present domino-fringed scarf. And Eric doesn’t look too good either.
Last night’s episode of Gossip Girl, “Bonfire of the Vanity,” gave us not only Jenny’s story line, but plenty of eye-opening fashion material to discuss.
The party outfits were absolutely stunning – Blair in Bill Blass Flamenco Backless Blouse ($1,990) and Serena in
Armani dress (similar, $269) were definitely the Gossip Girl fashion highlight of this particular episode.
My favorite dress of the episode was worn by Blair – a gorgeous Alice & Olivia Women’s Ombre Combo Trellis Print Dress.
