Autumn Beauty Routine

Every change of season brings the need of a change in our daily beauty routine. The cold temperatures – not very much wanted on my side – bring the need to adapt the beauty regime accordingly. The moisturizer comes in a more rich texture, I add foundation into the equation and in the more harsh days a cold cream.

During the last years I have tried a lot of creams, some are still in my daily routine and some are not.The one that has been my constant companion for more than 2 years is the Embryolisse Lait Creme Concentre

I use this  daily both in the morning and in the evening.

Other products that I use, but not so daily – because, well, I must confess I am a teeny weeny bit lazy are:

Kiehl’s Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate – I have discovered in Kiehl’s products a trusted friend, they have also some great shampoos, but about that in another post.

The Kiehl’s BB Cream – for summer sunny days with SPF 50 –

turns in autumn and winter into Bobby Brown Skin Foundation, which provides more coverage and also protects my face against cold and wind and rain.

For the coldest days I use this amazing Cold Cream from Avene
