Sequins Skirts: How To Wear

Statement pieces like sequined skirts are fun to have in your closet, but can definitely seem tricky to style—at least at first. This is an item you can dress up or down and reinvent from season to season. Many fear wearing sparkle during the day, but if done well, it can really make an wow outfit. The trick is to rock sequins in a casual-glam way that looks effortlessly chic.

One of my favorites? An oversized, classic tee mixed with a sequin skirt (pants or shorts). The juxtaposition of the casual tee with the fancy sequins makes for a super appealing combination.

For an everyday look, try wearing a sequin skirt with a chambray button-down or a silk shirt.
