How To: Long Cardigans

Cardigans are not a new invention, but lately, mainly because of the cold winter, they are everywhere and the longer ones are becoming a style staple.

With varying lengths – from hip level and even close to your feet, these friendly cardigans can be used to add some extra warmth to your outfits during the winter season. Layer them under a coat for that extra-comfy, extra-warm feeling or as an alternative cover up when the warmer weather comes- though when that will  be I do not know.

Style tip: Layer your cardigan over unexpected textures – think a silk shirt or a white cotton tee with skinny or boyfriend jeans. Add some boots or sneakers to the ensemble and there you go: warn and stylish!

Hair Inspiration: Fringes

Having described a little about my present favorite haircut style – the lob, I must confess that I am also looking into fringes. Yes, I know I said I would not do it again, after it took me such a long time to grow them back, but -there is also a but, right?- fringes are firmly back on the radar for 2015 with the style set rocking blunt bangs, side sweeps, and peek-a-boo styles on and off the red carpet.

Fringes can make an instant style statement, plus are well placed to hide steadily appearing forehead wrinkles – yours truly found guilty here :).

Here are some of coolest cuts.
