Hair Styling Idea – Low Ponytail

I know that lately the spotlight on hair styling has been focused mostly on topknots and braids, but I also believe a chic ponytail can do wonders for your look. It is so low-maintenance and so easy to do, that I decided to do a little research on this new low ponytail trend.

Worn at either the nape of the neck or lower than your usual school-girl pony, this style adds texture and volume to your look and is ideal for second-day hair when your locks naturally have better hold. You can also pull a section of hair from your pony tail and wrap it around the band, or even plait it and wrap it around the band.
