HM Studio Collection Love

I am sure you have been following the HM Studio Collection doe AW 2015 since March when it was presented at  Grand Palais Champs Elysee, in Paris, but it was in the last days that I resaw some of the items in the light of the cold season and was smitten. Here are my discoveries.

Which are your favorites?

Current Obsession: ARV Coat

Thanks to my fellow blogger Commoner Creature I have discovered this brand from Norway – ARV – hence my new obsession with this blue coat:

Gorgeous, right?

Red for Summer

What better way to show off your summer perfectly tanned skin than to wear a gorgeous shade of red. It is an instant  attention-grabbing choice and it is available everywhere during the summer months – and not only, from clothes to bags and sandals. I especially have a soft spot for dresses, but a red flowy top with light shorts or light skinnies is an easy summer styling.

And it gets better: why not try some red swimwear, so fun to mix and match and equals the sex-appeal of the black swimwear.

How To: Breton Dresses

Want to achieve that effortlessly, good looking effect when getting dressed? The easiest option will be to wear dress, and the easiest option from all the dresses will be to choose a Breton or a Mariniere dress – it’s quickly becoming the weekend go-to for spring.

Pair yours with a leather biker or denim jacket for the weekend and a tailored coat and statement necklace for weekdays. Remember the matching sneakers. It really is that simple.

Earthy Bracelets by Modern Flower Child

I absolutely like these earthly bracelets. It’s like having a piece of nature with you always. Especially during these gloomy days, they would be perfect.

The artist, who produces under the name ModernFlowerChild, creates the pieces based in Coos Bay, Oregon. “Each bangle is made by hand and not a machine so tiny bubbles, lines, bumps, waves and slight imperfections are part of the unique personality and characteristics of the jewelry,” the artist says.
