Cool&Crazy Bags Seen During Fashion Month

It’s always interesting to take a look back when the fashion month is over. And if I wrote a lot about street style in New York, London, Milan and Paris, I also think that  accessories have a great impact in any outfit. So here is a round-up of my favorite ones and the most scary ones.

Paris Fashion Week – Chanel Airport Themed Show

Karl Lagerfeld turned the Grand Palais in Paris into a Chanel Airlines terminal for the house’s show on Tuesday. I was absolutely thrilled by the attention to details- there was a departures and arrivals board that listed “flights” to Shanghai, Salzburg, and other former Chanel show destinations. And Oh, My! those airplane-shaped pins.

How to Fringes

Fringes are experiencing a huge comeback. You can add them to any outfit and make it pop.  The runways — Michael Kors, Chanel, Lanvin, Guy Laroche — have given us plenty of inspiration for fall. While wearing fringes evokes the Old West, it is a modern way to add garnish and movement to a look. And you can dress it up or down as you please.

During the day, you can take a more subtle approach by throwing on a fringed bag, a kimono, a scarf or a belt.

 

You can pair your fringe bag with a statement sweatshirt and ripped jeans.

 

In the evening, you can go wilder and bolder.

Arizona Muse Covers Vogue China March 2013

Spring is my second favorite season, Summer would be my first. But when deep emerged in winter, spring is like a miracle about to happen. So, having seen this cover of Vogue China for their March 2013 issue I have re-fallen in love with Arizona Muse. Dressed up in Chanel, photographed by Inez & Vinoodh, Arizona has a very spring-ish appeal – those soft pink and purple hues are a total spring inspiration.
